Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are eligible for same-day shipping.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse to customers located within the continental United States only.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

If your order qualifies for a free shipping promotion, the shipping cost will be automatically deducted at checkout.

If an order with free shipping is returned for reasons other than our error, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal volume. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.
