Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Certain items such as final sale products, gift cards, or personalized/monogrammed items may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at cs@us.bellamaison.com with your order number and details. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds cannot be issued as store credit if you purchased with Klarna (see Klarna section below).

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
