- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

- If an order that received free shipping is later returned for reasons other than our error, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

If your tracking number doesn’t update within 48 hours, please contact our team for assistance.

While we make every effort to deliver on time, unexpected delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume seasons.
Bella Maison is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our warehouse.
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
After carrier confirmation of delivery, we unfortunately cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
