How to Start a Return

If you’d like to start a return, please contact us through any of these channels:

Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll email you detailed packing and shipping instructions.
Returned items must be shipped within 7 days after receiving our confirmation email.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items if they meet these conditions:

Item is new, unused, and unwashed
In original packaging with all labels and tags attached
Purchased directly from us.bellamaison.com

We may request photos to verify the item’s condition before approving a return.
Please pack items securely to prevent damage in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Final-sale or clearance items
Gift cards or promotional samples

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping and Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
We do not charge restocking fees.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound cost may be deducted from your refund if the return reason is not our fault.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

You’ll receive an email confirmation within 2 business days of receipt.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds include applicable taxes but exclude payment-processor fees.
Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post refunds.

Cancellations or Order Changes

Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours if they haven’t shipped.
After dispatch, cancellations aren’t possible, but you may return the item after delivery.

The version posted here at the time of purchase applies to your order.
