Lina Tea Cup Set Giveaway – Official Rules
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The Bella Maison Lina Tea Cup Set Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Bella Maison (“Sponsor”), and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, August 21, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Bella Maison Giveaway page and submit a valid email address through the Sweepstakes entry form.
Limit one entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.
Automated, bulk, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise improper entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
4. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Bella Maison Lina Tea Cup Set.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $89.98
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $180
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Sponsor will cover standard shipping of the prize to each winner within the United States.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
Three (3) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The random drawing will take place on or about Monday, August 24, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
A purchase does not increase the odds of winning.
6. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address submitted with their entry.
Each potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification and provide any information reasonably necessary for Sponsor to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
A potential winner is not an official winner until eligibility has been verified by Sponsor.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, interferes with the operation of the Sweepstakes, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned because of circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if appropriate, select winners from eligible entries received before the affected portion of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor will award the prizes described in these Official Rules provided eligible winners can be confirmed.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
9. Privacy and Marketing Communications
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Bella Maison’s Privacy Policy.
By separately consenting to receive marketing communications from Bella Maison, entrants may receive promotional emails from Bella Maison. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes and does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
Recipients of Bella Maison marketing emails may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails.
10. Winners List
For information regarding the winners, entrants may contact Bella Maison after August 31, 2026
Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the end of the Sweepstakes.

12. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
